Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to guide maintenance activities, optimize equipment reliability and lead a skilled team in a food manufacturing setting. The role focuses on PM execution, troubleshooting PLCs, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.

The position requires 5–7 years of maintenance experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and strong analytical and communication skills. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ERP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of employee safety, food safety and quality programs (HAACP, SQF).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance of equipment per manufacturers and internal specifications by ensuring PMs are completed and work orders are initiated.
• Provide guidance to troubleshoot PLC and automated equipment.
• Use the ERP system to assign work orders, run reports and allocate resources.
• Manage the preventive maintenance program for shifts; ensure tasks are completed and improvements implemented.
• Assign Technicians to jobs to meet demand and minimize downtime.
• Provide leadership, supervision and training to maintenance staff.
