Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Associate Maintenance Planner in Los Angeles to independently prioritize and plan maintenance work, optimize technician effectiveness, and lead root cause analyses. The role emphasizes CMMS usage, proactive maintenance planning, and collaboration with maintenance leaders to improve processes and reduce costs.

The position is full-time on 1st shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM) with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

2+ years in maintenance planning or technician roles in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
Experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation.
Proficient in spreadsheets, PowerPoint, email, and databases; strong communication of technical information.

Responsibilities

Prioritize, plan, and support maintenance work with cross‑functional teams; assemble plans, parts lists and manuals.
Lead analysis of maintenance history and root cause analysis.
Advise on and champion continuous maintenance process improvements.
Assist with CMMS, inventory control, and purchasing needs.
Document and improve maintenance tasks and processes with engineers and operators.
Generate KPI reports and track maintenance performance against targets.
Develop spare parts lists, kitting, and rebuild strategies.
Coach and train technicians and maintenance staff.
Support engineering projects and emergency response as needed.
