Job summary

Lotus Bakeries is seeking a Technical Manager to lead a ~30-person maintenance and engineering team in a highly automated, 24/7 production environment. You will drive TPM, optimize equipment reliability, and partner with Global Engineering on capital projects to improve plant performance.

The role requires 7+ years in maintenance or technical service, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and strong automation/PLC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience with emphasis on PM pillar.
• Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and automation fields.
• Familiarity with packaging machines, ovens, conveying systems, and highly-automated environments.
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) - Allen Bradley and/or Siemens.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute proactive and reactive plant maintenance strategy and plan.
• Maximize uptime and reliability; reduce downtime through root cause analysis.
• Lead and support technical improvement initiatives across production equipment, utilities, facilities, and internal transport.
• Ensure commissioning, handoff, ownership, and long-term maintenance of new equipment after projects.
