Job summary

RTX's Pratt & Whitney Columbus Forge Module Center is seeking a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Manager to lead a TPM team of skilled technicians and advance standard work.

You will implement TPM/CORE, develop SOPs, coordinate reliability projects, and drive uptime, OEE improvements and on-time delivery in a high-mix aerospace production environment onsite in Georgia. This is a US-based onsite role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance or related environment.
• Proficiency with Lean tools and processes.
• Experience leading implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Lead TPM team and manage TPM engagement using standard work.
• Implement TPM/CORE standards and baseline current state of equipment.
• Drive TPM process, 6S, and standardization of TPM projects.
