Job summary

ADDMAN Advanced Metals in Statesville, NC seeks a TPM Manager to own maintenance across metal additive and precision CNC fleets. You will drive uptime, PM scheduling, and spare parts planning, coordinating with OEMs and service providers to keep equipment qualified and compliant with NADCAP requirements.

The role requires Lean maintenance expertise, data-driven reporting, and leadership of a growing maintenance team to protect throughput and safety in a high-regulation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6–10+ years in industrial equipment maintenance or TPM leadership.
• Experience with NADCAP exposure in high-regulation environments.
• Direct experience with metal additive manufacturing or CNC machining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own the TPM strategy across additive and CNC fleets, including PM scheduling and spare parts strategy.
• Build uptime charts and OEE reporting by machine and fleet.
• Serve as primary technical point of contact with OEMs and service providers.
• Manage consumables programs to prevent downtime from stock-outs.
• Maintain machine qualification status per NADCAP and customer requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis on equipment failures and downtime.
