Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to build the program operating system for the Internal AI Tooling portfolio. You will translate roadmaps into coordinated plans, align teams, and ensure secure, scalable capability delivery across engineering, security, legal, procurement, and data systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management or technical delivery experience in cloud/SaaS/enterprise-technology/internal-tools environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, Business Systems, Operations, and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate product roadmaps into integrated plans with measurable outcomes and clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Product Manager's roadmap into integrated program plans, milestones, release schedules, decision points, and ownership.
• Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical teams and stakeholders.
• Operationalize a transparent intake and routing process with defined problems, outcomes, delivery paths, risks, and owners.
• Establish planning and execution cadences including program reviews, dependency reviews, decision forums, release-readiness reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Maintain an integrated view of dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, driving timely resolutions.
• Coordinate security reviews, legal and procurement milestones, data dependencies, vendor commitments, and system integrations at the right delivery stage.
• Ensure releases have acceptance criteria, ownership, support processes, runbooks, escalation paths, and feedback loops.
• Partner with Product and stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and provide reporting on delivery health, adoption readiness, operational performance, and impact.
