Job summary

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. seeks a TPM Engineer to lead total productive maintenance initiatives at the manufacturing site. You will drive TPM, autonomous maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs to improve safety, quality and productivity.

The role requires an engineering degree and 2+ years in manufacturing, with experience in continuous improvement and the ability to work extended hours in a 24/7 environment. Plastipak offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Experience with continuous improvement programs and TPM concepts.
Ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment and lead maintenance initiatives.
Strong collaboration with safety, quality and production teams.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, development and execution of Total Productive Maintenance at the site.
Develop TPM and Lean-Six Sigma capabilities onsite.
Plan, lead and support TPM implementations including Autonomous Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance.
Provide guidance to management on TPM initiatives and lead CI events.
