Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Engineer to lead TPM initiatives across Fab 4 manufacturing.

You will translate standards into actionable priorities, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive data-driven improvements for equipment utilization and maintenance effectiveness. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 2+ years in semiconductor equipment engineering, and strong SQL/Tableau/Python skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing is required.
• 2+ years' experience as a semiconductor equipment engineer with mechanical aptitude.
• Strong analytical skills using SQL, Tableau, Python to drive projects and programs.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional continuous-improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the deployment and sustainment of TPM practices across Fab 4 manufacturing operations.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality, IT, Facilities and TPM teams to deploy standards.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness and compliance across TPM efforts.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, notifications and automated workflows for fab efficiency and TPM performance.
• Lead program communications with status reports and leadership reviews for operational excellence.
