Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, ID seeks a TPM Engineer to drive world-class TPM practices across Fab 4 manufacturing operations. You will translate standards into priorities, partner across functions, and deliver scalable reporting and automation solutions to improve fab efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing and 2+ years in semiconductor equipment engineering, with strong SQL/Tableau/Python skills for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing is required.
• More than 2 years’ experience as a semiconductor equipment engineer.
• Strong analytical skills using SQL, Tableau and Python to drive Fab improvements.
• Experience coordinating IPO and 6S audits and closing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive deployment and sustainment of TPM practices with actionable priorities.
• Collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, IT and Facilities to deploy standards.
• Ensure data integrity, audit readiness and compliance across TPM programs.
• Monitor TPM health via IPO, 6S, equipment utilization, preventive maintenance.
• Develop dashboards and automated workflows to improve Fab efficiency and TPM visibility.
• Lead program communications with status reports and leadership reviews.
