Job summary

CHOBANI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to advance maintenance methods, enhance technician skills, and improve factory efficiency and reliability at our Allentown site.

You will lead a team to execute PMs, manage work orders, troubleshoot PLCs, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and environmental standards. The role includes planning staffing, hiring support, and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of employee safety, food safety and quality programs (HAACP, SQF).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of equipment per manufacturers and internal specs; ensure PMs, initiate work orders, and assist during rebuilds and repairs.
• Provide guidance to troubleshoot PLC and automated equipment.
• Use CMMS to assign work orders, run reports and allocate resources.
• Manage preventive maintenance program for shifts; ensure tasks are completed and continuous improvement applied.
• Assign technicians to jobs to meet maintenance demands and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Maintenance staff on repairs as needed.
