Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an experienced TPM Sales System Administrator to join the Sales Operations Team. You will manage the TPM system, ensure data accuracy, configure processes, and support users across the organization.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to optimize trade promotions, reconcile spend, and implement improvements. The role demands strong systems administration, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable TPM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-5 years in TPM, Sales Operations, or related field.
• Experience administering a TPM system strongly preferred.
• CPG experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Sales, Finance, or commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the TPM system.
• Support users in creation, maintenance, and execution of TPM promotions.
• Maintain TPM data integrity through monitoring, validation and quality checks.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and train users on TPM functionality.
• Support administration of TPM data related to claims, deductions, accruals, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to reconcile trade investment data and reports.
• Partner with IT and TPM vendors for integrations, upgrades, testing, and new functionality.
• Maintain documentation, controls, and audit trails within TPM.
• Identify opportunities to improve TPM workflows and data quality.
