Accenture Flex is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to support the Rack and Power Space team. You will manage hardware development programs from concept through production, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management with focus on hardware development.
• Proven track record managing hardware development programs from concept to production.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive materials and dependencies between component suppliers and ODMs to ensure on-time deliveries across EVT, DVT, PVT and MP phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support TPMs in multiple NPI programs.
• Manage team action items and ensure prompt follow-up to keep programs on track.
