Job summary

AbbVie in North Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Manufacturing Leader to manage a team of TPM Account Managers overseeing third party manufacture contracts for small molecule products. You will ensure quality, regulatory compliance, on-time delivery, and cost targets aligned with forecasts and plans.

Required: 15+ years in operations with progressive leadership, strong business acumen, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in operations/manufacturing leadership.
• Progressively increased responsibility as supervisor or manager.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AbbVie TPM Account Managers to negotiate MSAs and amendments.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, timely communication and delivery.
• Develop FP&A processes and budgets; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with QA and internal partners to meet regulatory and quality requirements.
