Job summary

Komatsu is seeking a warehouse Associate to support daily parts operations, picking, packing, and preparing products for shipping or storage. You will ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safe handling of materials.

Qualifications

  • Requires 6 months of logistics, inventory processes, and customer service experience.
  • Forklift certification within 90 days of start date.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates and communicates with team members in shipment and receipt of products.
  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Perform immediate material moves by scanning inventory from old locations to new locations.
  • Pick and Pack items needed from requested orders for clients
  • Prepare orders and packages needed for shipping out to clients
  • During downtime help with other warehouse work
  • Assist with audits/ inventory / cycle counts
  • Accept and perform deliveries as needed daily
  • Load and unload freight using manual pallet jack or fork lift
  • Break down pallets / take out cardboard and wrapping material to trash bins
  • Ensure storeroom is stocked with inventory
  • Offloads inbound material
  • Check incoming vendor material based on purchase order descriptions and other applicable specifications

Job Overview

  • Receiving, stocking, and stacking experience
  • Pulling, packing, and loading experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 6 months logistics, inventory processes, and customer service experience
  • Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
  • Familiarity with Teams, Outlook, Scanning, and Syteline
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
