Ascensus is a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. The TPA Business Development Director will grow and deepen relationships with Third Party Administrators, partnering with local sales and operations to expand TPA collaborations and position Ascensus as the recordkeeper of choice for plans managed by TPAs.

The role focuses on territory strategy, joint business planning, and partner support, including travel to conferences and events.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in retirement plan industry with TPAs or recordkeeping exposure.
• Strong understanding of TPAs, recordkeepers, and advisors in employer-sponsored plans.
• Proven relationship management or business development track record.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in field-based role.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%, including overnight trips for conferences.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required.
• ASPPA or NIPA designations are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with local sales reps to design territory strategy and target TPAs.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with TPAs and staff.
• Train sales reps to position Ascensus as a TPA-friendly recordkeeper.
• Present Ascensus value proposition to TPAs to win referrals.
• Collaborate with sales to set joint marketing goals with TPAs.
• Develop and track co-branded marketing initiatives with partners.
• Monitor performance against joint goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Serve as escalation point and relationship advocate for TPAs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address TPA needs.
• Provide TPAs ongoing education on platform updates and tools.
• Represent Ascensus at national/regional conferences and events.
• Travel 25-50% with sales reps for in-person meetings.
