Ascensus is the leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America. The TPA Business Development Director grows and deepens relationships with Third Party Administrators, partnering with local sales and operations to expand TPA partnerships and position Ascensus as a preferred recordkeeper.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in the retirement plan industry, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel 25–50% for conferences and client meetings,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in retirement plan industry, with TPAs/recordkeeping exposure.
• Strong knowledge of TPAs, recordkeepers, and advisors in employer-sponsored plans.
• Proven relationship management or business development track record.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%, including overnight trips.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses required.
• ASPPA or NIPA designations are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with local sales to design territory strategy and target TPAs.
• Build trust-based relationships with TPA principals and staff.
• Train sales reps to position Ascensus as TPA friendly.
• Present value proposition and platform to TPAs to win referral business.
• Collaborate on joint marketing and sales goals with TPAs.
• Develop and track co-branded marketing initiatives with TPAs.
• Monitor performance against goals and adjust plans.
• Serve as escalation point for TPAs and coordinate with internal teams.
