Job summary

Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform powering savings plans across America, seeks a TPA Business Development Director to grow and deepen relationships with Third Party Administrators. You will work with local sales and operations to identify opportunities, position Ascensus as a preferred recordkeeper, and expand TPA partnerships.

You will train sales teams, present value propositions, and coordinate joint marketing initiatives with TPAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry.
• Exposure to TPAs, recordkeeping, or plan administration.
• Strong relationship management and business development track record.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local sales representatives to design territory strategy and identify target TPAs.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with TPAs and internal teams.
• Provide TPAs with ongoing education on platform updates and tools.
• Represent Ascensus at national/regional conferences to build brand awareness.
• Maintain CRM records and report progress to sales leadership.
