Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll provider, seeks a Supervisor for the TPA/Spending Accounts to lead the TPA Ops Team and manage day-to-day operations on-site at our Schaumburg, IL location. You will coach staff, handle escalations, and drive service KPIs with a focus on benefits and payroll capabilities.

The role requires 2–3 years in benefits support, 2+ years of leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and payroll system experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience; experience leading a team
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a benefits support role (FSA/HSA/HRA/Commuter) preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Experience with ownership and accountability in group responsibilities
• Previous benefits experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience with Payroll systems is strongly preferred
• Previous supervisory/mentoring experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer support channels (phone and email)
• Coach team members toward service KPIs
• Provide training and mentoring to staff
• Handle escalated customer issues in a collaborative manner
• Facilitate regular team communications and updates
• Support performance management and career development decisions
• Develop action plans to improve team performance
• Act as subject matter expert for key department areas
• Create and update internal training documentation
