Paylocity is seeking a Supervisor, TPA/Spending Accounts to lead the day-to-day operations of the TPA Ops Team Lead. This is an on-site role based at our Rochester, NY location. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a benefits support role, 2+ years of leadership, a Bachelor's Degree, and payroll systems experience. The role offers competitive pay, a full benefits package, and an annual RSU grant per performance.

Formación

• 2-3 years' experience in a benefits support role.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with Payroll systems is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory/mentoring experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee customer support channels, including phone and email support teams.
• Monitor calls and emails for quality assurance and coach team members toward service KPIs.
• Provide training and assist with coaching and development of new and existing team members.
• Handle escalated issues from customers or internal teams in a collaborative approach.
• Lead regular team meetings and update communications.
• Provide input to managers on performance and career opportunities.
• Develop action plans to improve team or individual performance.
• Serve as subject matter expert in key department areas.
• Update processes and training documentation as needed.
