Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of Commercial Property Claims experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
• Provide oversight of Commercial Property claims handled by TPAs.
• Assist TPAs with diary management and timely claim resolution.
• Conduct annual audits of TPA firms.
• Prepare and review monthly TPA reports.
• Provide guidance on losses exceeding TPA settlement authority.
• Help ensure consistent claim handling standards and service expectations.
