Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is seeking a seasoned TPA Oversight Specialist to supervise third-party administrators for commercial auto, trucking, bodily injury, property damage and PIP claims. This role ensures regulatory compliance and alignment with company standards.

The ideal candidate will provide technical direction, risk assessment, and audits of TPAs while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Hybrid work with offices nationwide is offered.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of commercial auto claims adjusting experience.
• Experience with mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Licensing: active adjuster license or ability to obtain and maintain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial auto, trucking, bodily injury, property damage and PIP claims handled by TPAs.
• Monitor claim activity, review files, and identify exposure or escalation concerns.
• Provide guidance to TPAs on claim handling and litigation strategy.
• Communicate with TPAs and internal teams on claim developments and data exchange.
