Responsibilities include resolution of claims, TPA compliance audits, and development of performance metrics. Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience adjusting multi-line claims and worker’s compensation claims.
• Claims technical supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze statistical reports and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate activities of TPAs handling multi-line commercial cases.
• Review loss notices and confirm policy coverage.
• Develop KPI reports to manage TPA priorities.
