TPA Adjuster – Commercial General Liability & Commercial Auto

Overview
ONESOURCE Claims Management Solutions seeks a full-time TPA Adjuster to manage Commercial General Liability and Commercial Auto programs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical claims expertise, hands‑on litigation experience, and the ability to manage a heavy, complex caseload. Excess claims experience is a plus.
Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate, and resolve assigned commercial liability and auto claims
- Conduct thorough coverage analysis and determine appropriate claim outcomes
- Manage litigation files, collaborate with defense counsel, and attend mediations or settlement conferences when required
- Bill time and expense for all work performed where required
- Interview insureds, claimants, witnesses, and other parties to gather claim information
- Set, review, and adjust reserves consistent with company guidelines
- Prepare technical claim documents, reports, and coverage correspondence
- Manage a full caseload of litigated and non‑litigated files across multiple jurisdictions
- Use claim diary to maintain timely documentation and workflow management
- Respond promptly and professionally to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to support overall departmental success
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience adjusting Commercial General Liability and Commercial Auto claims
- Litigation experience required for all lines handled
- Excess claims experience preferred
- Proven experience managing time and expense billing
- Proficiency in evaluating coverage and preparing coverage position letters, RORs, and technical reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities
- Must manage workload independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiar with industry tools such as Xactimate, Eagleview, or Hover preferred
- Spanish bilingual ability is a plus
Licensing Requirements
Candidate must hold (or be able to promptly obtain) active adjusting licenses in the following states:
California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Washington, Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Oregon, Texas, and New York.
