Job summary

SRI Resources is seeking an experienced Product Development Program Manager for Toys & Dolls in Kissimmee, FL. The role focuses on leading the NPD pipeline, coordinating cross‑functional teams across sourcing, design, packaging, and logistics to deliver hundreds of new SKUs on time.

You will own the calendar, plans, and status reporting, ensuring alignment with PLM and ERP systems. Strong experience with hard goods and packaging is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program/project management for consumer products, with a portfolio of concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NPD development cadence for Toys & Dolls; own quarterly plans, calendars, logs, and actions; ensure decisions are tracked in systems.
• Maintain Smartsheet programs aligned with PLM; manage access for internal/external users; ensure on-time milestones.
• Integrate packaging milestones with product milestones; align with Adobe Workfront for artwork proofing and ship dates.
• Identify at-risk milestones early; coordinate with Sourcing Asia teams and suppliers for recovery.
• Keep PLM and Smartsheet as single source of truth; minimize emails and maximize system updates.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for cost, milestones, PO status, and on-time delivery for leaders.
• Prepare inputs for recurring business reviews; provide a clear, consolidated status view.
