Job summary

SRI Resources is seeking a Product Development Program Manager for Toys & Dolls in Kissimmee, FL. The role focuses on leading the NPD pipeline, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams across sourcing, packaging, design, and planning to deliver numerous toy and doll SKUs on time.

Responsibilities include managing the development cadence, aligning with PLM, and ensuring data integrity across systems. A strong background in hard goods, PLM, and vendor collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in consumer products development, sourcing, or manufacturing.
• Hardlines/durable goods lifecycle experience: concept, design, tooling, sampling, testing, production.

Responsibilities

• Run development cadence for Toys and Dolls: own calendar, plans, meeting agendas, logs, and action follow-through.
• Own quarterly project plans in Smartsheet; align with PLM and manage access for internal/external users.
• Integrate packaging into every plan; align with Adobe Workfront, ensure packaging does not gate ship dates.
• Track milestones early, drive recovery plans with cross-functional teams, protect speed to market.
• Keep PLM and Smartsheet as single source of truth; move status out of email to systems.
• Build KPIs and dashboards for development health; monitor cost sign-off and on-time delivery.
• Prepare development status inputs for recurring business reviews; consolidate updates for leadership.
• Production & PO management; coordinate with Planning and Logistics on priority POs.
• Standardize templates and SOPs; document operating model for reuse across classes.
• Drive process improvement to reduce steps and clarify decisions.
