Job summary

Fictiv is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to work remotely on full‑time basis. The role will lead complex programs for customers in engineering and manufacturing, ensuring timely product launches while upholding high quality and driving continuous improvement across engineering, operations, and logistics.

You will act as a primary customer advocate, collaborate with multiple functions to ensure on‑time delivery, and continually monitor milestones to adjust plans for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs in engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Strong program management and risk management skills, with proficiency in standard program management tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer advocate, building relationships to enhance customer experiences and loyalty.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure on‑time delivery, proactively managing risks and changes throughout the program lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on program milestones, making necessary adjustments to meet customer expectations and quality standards.
