Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Program Manager – NPD Projects to lead a portfolio of new product developments onsite in the United States.

You will partner across Engineering, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive cross-functional execution and ensure the New Product Schedule is met with quality and on-time delivery. The role requires deep NPD process expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in product development related discipline with five+ years of experience.
• Five+ years of increasing responsibility for project and team management.
• Project management Professional Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams through a defined and gated NPD process with timelines.
• Autonomously manage development and communicate progress to senior management.
• Define decision-making processes and coach teams on cross-functional solutions.
• Track program milestones and ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets including tooling and expenses.
