Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager for Toys to lead end-to-end development of our toy category, including sensory and weighted plush products. You will translate consumer insights, market trends, and sales data into actionable product roadmaps while managing overseas vendor relationships and production milestones.

You will work with design, sourcing, QA, and finance to ensure profitability, quality, and on-time launches in a fast‑growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Product Engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of product development experience in toys/plush/sensory products.
• Proven track record of bringing products from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end toy category development from concept to production handoff.
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, sourcing, QA, and marketing.
• Analyze sales performance and market data to drive roadmap decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time delivery with quality.
• Develop innovative materials and constructions to differentiate products.
