Job summary

Comfrt is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to own end-to-end development of its growing toy category, including sensory, weighted plush, and novelty toys. You will translate consumer insights and market research into actionable product strategies that drive revenue and profitability.

You will partner with design, sourcing, QA, and overseas factories to manage milestones, costs, and on-time production, while maintaining a zero-compromise approach to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong product development context.
• Proven ability to develop and commercialize innovative products from concept to mass production.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic problem solving.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across design, sourcing, QA, and finance.
• Excellent communication and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development for toys, plush, sensory products, and related categories.
• Translate consumer insights, market research, and sales data into product strategy.
• Own development calendar, milestones, prototyping, testing, and production handoff.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, QA, and factories to ensure on-time delivery.
• Analyze sales performance, pricing, and margin to drive profitability.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership with clear business cases.
• Ensure compliance with toy safety standards and documentation.
