Job summary

New Holland Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our award-winning service department in New Holland, PA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, professional setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of service experience, familiarity with Toyota, and an automotive tech background. We offer a large bays operation, opportunities for advancement, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Manage a team of technicians through scheduling and assigning work

• Communicate directly with technicians regarding the status of the service work and estimated completion times
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Efficiently and accurately ensure quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards

Salary Range:

$60k-65k - MUST have 3-5 years experience to qualify for pay range listed

Qualifications

• Toyota exprerience preferred
• Automotive Technical/Trade school degree
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and work ethic
• Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record
