Job summary

Cmacars in Martinsburg, WV, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the key link between customers and the service department. You greet customers, listen to issues, recommend services, prepare repair orders, and obtain authorization for additional work.

This role offers a salary of $55,000 to $85,000 per year plus commission, rotating shifts, and rotating 3-day weekends, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing training.

Automotive Service Advisor

Automotive service advisors greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required and prepare repair orders. If a vehicle requires additional repairs not covered in the original order, they estimate the additional cost and telephone the customer for permission to do the work. They also advise customers on other available services.
