Qualifications

• 2+ years of service advisor experience in a dealership environment.
• Dealership experience preferred in a high-volume shop.
• Ability to manage a high RO workload with accuracy and clear guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume repair order workload with accuracy and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary guest contact from write-up to vehicle return.
• Translate repair findings into clear guest communications and obtain authorization.
• Build precise estimates and commit to realistic timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep workflows moving smoothly.
• Identify additional service recommendations to protect guest safety and vehicle performance.
• Maintain accurate DMS records and compliance standards.
