Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• 2-3 years of tower industry experience.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to climbing, rigging, safety and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assembling/erecting various tower types, including self-support, monopoles, guyed towers, etc.
• Reading construction documents, clearly explaining tasks, and delegating tasks to crews to perform installations per customer requirements.
• Installing antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power, etc., at elevations over 100 feet.
• Proficiency in rigging techniques is highly desirable.
• Identify and use required materials, tools and equipment to complete assigned work.
