Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Tower Top Telecommunications experience.
• Ability to climb tall structures daily.
• Ability to travel away from home, including weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Climbing and working on top of communications towers; installing, replacing, and repairing antenna equipment.
• Takes direction from crew Foreman ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Review documentation with Foreman to prepare for the build and determine installation methods.
• Help supervise tracking of on-site inventory and materials.
• Perform tower inspections, inventories, and audits.
• Collect, review, and submit all on-site closeout documentation.
