Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in telecommunications construction with leadership responsibilities.
• Must hold NWSA TTT2, OSHA30, and First Aid/CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex tower construction and maintenance on-site.
• Serve as point leader on the tower for safety and efficiency.
• Oversee advanced installation tasks and testing to validate performance.
• Maintain OSHA/EHS compliance on the tower.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide on-the-job training.
• Operate rigging equipment and lifting devices for placement tasks.
• Interpret construction drawings and RFDS for accurate installations.
• Collaborate with Foreman and stakeholders to resolve issues.
