QTC Inc. is seeking a Tower Technician - Top Hand to join our crew in California. You will play a crucial role in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of rigging equipment on communication towers, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Expect to operate at heights and coordinate with crews to meet customer requirements. The role requires 2-3 years of tower industry experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• 2-3 years of tower industry experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work at heights and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assembling/erecting various tower types per customer requirements.
• Reading construction documents and delegating tasks to crews.
• Installing antennas, coax, fiber optics, and power at elevations over 100 feet.
• Adhering to rigging and safety procedures; supporting site crew and completing close-out documentation.
