Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and operate wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave equipment.
• Understand and implement safety policies and standards.
• Climb towers and install carriers on new and existing towers.
• Assist in tower erection using cranes, helicopters, and gin poles.
• Offload materials, prepare sites, and manage inventory.
• Mentor less experienced technicians and support team members.
• Carry out duties as assigned.
