ADB Companies, LLC is seeking an entry level Tower Technician to learn how to safely climb and install wireless equipment under the direct supervision of senior technicians. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in wireless technologies or related field
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record
• First Aid/ CPR certification preferred
• RF Awareness Training preferred
• OSHA10 certification preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to travel nationwide (100% travel)
• Comfort with climbing towers and operating at height

Responsibilities

• Install microwave dishes, antennas, RRUs and other wireless equipment on towers.
• Learn from experienced technicians and foremen to develop skills per CAM.
• Climb and work on communications towers to install, repair, and replace antenna systems.
• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and correctly.
• Understand hazards of tower climbing and energized equipment.
• Climb tall structures (100+ feet) with 50 lb loads.
• Analyze situations and decide appropriate actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
