ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Level II Technician Tower to climb and work on wireless structures nationwide. You will support senior technicians, install and maintain RF equipment, and uphold a strong safety and teamwork mindset.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in wireless tech, OSHA10, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license. Travel nationwide, on-site work, and a path for advancement are offered.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in wireless technologies or related field.
• First Aid/ CPR certification preferred.
• RF awareness training preferred.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Layout and install Ice Bridge; perform cad welds.
• Build and mount tower platforms; work with cathead.
• Route and secure hybrid cables and jumpers.
• Field fabrication of steel and tower elements.
• Wire in Raycaps; install lighting controllers.
• Troubleshoot RF, fiber, and power issues with equipment.
• Take Pre-Construction and Closeout photos.
• Rig towers in Class III rigging scenarios.
• Climb towers up to 100 ft; perform maintenance on antennas.
• Install microwave dishes, antennas, RRUs and other wireless gear.
• Use hand tools and mechanical equipment safely.
• Recognize hazards of climbing and energized lines.
• Learn from seniors to progress along CAM ladder.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
