Job summary

ADB Companies is seeking skilled tower technicians to decommission, install and service wireless infrastructure across the United States. This role requires climbing tall structures and delivering safe, reliable results on each assignment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Wireless Technologies or related field.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Decommission a tower and tower equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform PIM test, RF Sweep test and Fiber test as requested.
• Install and route coax, hybrid trunks, and all jumpers.
• Rig towers and perform cad welds and rigging up to Class III/IV scenarios.
• Install microwave dishes, antennas, RRUs and other wireless equipment on towers.
• Troubleshoot fiber, power and RF issues with testing gear.
