Job summary

ADB Companies is seeking a Level II Technician Tower to safely climb and work on wireless towers. The role supports training of Level I technicians and emphasizes safety, learning, and career growth within an ALL IN culture.

You will travel nationwide, install and troubleshoot RF, fiber, and power systems, and work under supervision to advance field skills while maintaining a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wireless technologies preferred.
• First Aid/ CPR certification preferred.
• RF Awareness Training preferred.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Layout and install components for tower infrastructure.
• Assemble and secure tower platforms and rigging.
• Route and manage cabling and jumpers safely.
• Fabricate and install components in the field and on towers.
• Wire in devices and install lighting controllers.
• Troubleshoot RF, fiber, and power systems with testing gear.
• Capture pre-construction and closeout photos.
• Rig towers in Class III scenarios according to safety rules.
• Climb towers up to 100 ft+ using proper safety gear.
• Maintain tools and equipment, follow OSHA procedures.
• Learn from experienced techs to progress along CAM.
• Work in diverse teams and adapt quickly to changes.
