Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Level II Technician Tower to climb and work on wireless towers up to 100 ft. You will support Level I Technicians, follow strict safety policies, and assist in installing and maintaining antenna systems and related hardware.

The role requires safety-first mindset, ability to travel nationwide, and readiness to work in varied weather conditions. High School diploma and a valid driver license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wireless technology preferred.
• First Aid/ CPR certification preferred.
• RF awareness training preferred.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Climb and maintain wireless towers up to 100 ft with safety gear.
• Layout, install, and service tower equipment and cables.
• Troubleshoot RF, power, and fiber issues with diagnostic tools.
• Follow safety procedures and complete pre-construction and closeout photos.
• Support training of Level I Technicians under supervision.
