Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Level II Technician Tower to safely climb and perform maintenance on wireless towers nationwide, under the supervision of senior technicians. The role supports installation and ongoing maintenance of RF and fiber systems with a strong emphasis on safety and career growth.

You will assist in training Level I technicians, complete site tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to pre-construction and closeout documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wireless technologies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA10 certification preferred.
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Layout and install ice bridge, cad welds, and rig safely.
• Build tower platforms and install on tower with cathead exposure.
• Route and secure hybrid cables and jumpers; wire in Raycaps.
• Troubleshoot RF, fiber, and power issues using PIM/Sweep gear.
• Perform Pre-Construction and Closeout photos and site assessments.
• Climb towers up to 100 ft using safety gear following OSHA rules.
• Install microwave dishes, antennas, RRUs, and other wireless equipment.
