You will lead crew members, manage schedules, and support maintenance and modifications of tower assets. Successful candidates will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to travel and work long hours in demanding outdoor

Qualifications

• Experience in building and maintaining cell towers and related structures.
• Ability to interpret plans and blueprints for tower sites.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and PPE use on elevated worksites.
• Flexibility to travel and work extended hours or weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work activities for crew efficiency and equipment use.
• Ensure crew profitability and meet project deadlines.
• Maintain safety and quality of workmanship on site.
• Climb towers and perform installation tasks for antennas and cables.
• Prepare reports, time sheets, and PPE inspections for the crew.
• Mentor junior crew and uphold industry standards.
