Job summary

ES3 is seeking a Tower Loader to move pallets from staging areas and load trailers at our York, PA location. The starting rate is $19 per hour with potential to earn $25+ per hour after training, on a full-time first shift schedule (Wed–Sat, 7:00am–5:30pm).

Responsibilities include operating forklifts/electric pallet jacks, inspecting trailers, verifying orders via RF devices, and securing pallets for transport. Safety and teamwork are essential in our community-focused logistics.

Qualifications

• One+ years of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures.

• Ability to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move pallets.
• Inspect trailers prior to loading to ensure safe procedures.
• Verify orders using RF handhelds and voice headsets.
• Load pallets into trailers and secure them to prevent damages.
• Perform equipment inspections and complete required forms.
• Occasionally lift varying case weights safely.

As a Tower Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Job Description

• Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $25+/hr after training!
• Full Time, 1st shift available
• Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• 7:00am - 5:30pm
• Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406
  

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
