Job summary

Rosen Hotels & Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Housekeeping Tower Manager to oversee the Tower operations and all Housekeeping staff. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, inspecting rooms, coordinating Floor Managers, and ensuring turnover days run smoothly.

You will train, coach, and evaluate staff, enforce RH&R policies, and maintain high standards across Tower operations; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of housekeeping management experience.
• 2+ years of housekeeping experience; hospitality preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, problems, and complaints promptly.
• Oversee Housekeeping staff and Tower operations.
• Inspect rooms daily and ensure quality standards.
• Manage large turnover days and group check-ins/check-outs.
• Train and evaluate staff; enforce RH&R policies.
• Maintain safety and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with other departments and communicate effectively.
• Perform inspections of public areas and guestrooms.
