Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews.
• OSHA30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is always being adhered to using proper procedures such as 100% tie off as well as completing daily JSA/toolbox talks.
• Work with the Project Manager daily to ensure schedules and budgets are being met.
• Verify ordered project materials are accurate and complete reviewing BOMs.
• Ability to climb and rescue at 100 feet or more with 50lb. load.
• Ability to complete coax, fiber, boom, microwave dishes, antenna, and radio installations.
• Responsible for tracking and approving time for all crew members.
• Ensures tools and equipment on project sites are always being utilized and maintained responsibly.
• Ability to perform PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment testing on site.
• Communicate with customers, providing daily updates and problem resolution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS’, port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analysis’.
• Complete project required close-out packages and take required photos, sending to management to verify installation has been done properly.
• Train and develop Tower Technicians and Tower Foreman according to the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM).
• Performs other position as assigned by leadership.
