Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Foreman Tower to lead wireless crews on nationwide projects, driving safety, quality installations, and on-time completion.

The role requires reading construction drawings, coordinating with the Project Manager, reviewing BOMs, and ensuring accurate material orders.

You will train Tower Technicians, document close-out packages with photos, and communicate daily updates to customers while upholding our ALL IN safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in wireless industry
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews
• OSHA30 certification preferred
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance on all job sites with 100% tie-off and toolbox talks
• Coordinate daily with Project Manager to meet schedules and budgets
• Review BOMs and verify material orders accuracy
• Lead tower crew, install coax, fiber, antennas, and microwave dishes
• Track and approve crew time; manage tools and equipment
• Perform on-site testing and alignments for PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna
• Read and interpret construction drawings and RFDS/port diagrams
• Complete close-out packages with photos for management

POSITION OVERVIEW

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure safety is always being adhered to using proper procedures such as 100% tie off as well as completing daily JSA/toolbox talks
• Work with the Project Manager daily to ensure schedules and budgets are being met
• Verify ordered project materials are accurate and complete reviewing BOMs
• Ability to climb and rescue at 100 feet or more with 50lb. load
• Ability to complete coax, fiber, boom, microwave dishes, antenna, and radio installations
• Responsible for tracking and approving time for all crew members
• Ensures tools and equipment on project sites are always being utilized and maintained responsibly
• Ability to perform PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment testing on site
• Communicate with customers, providing daily updates and problem resolution
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS’, port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analysis’
• Complete project required close-out packages and take required photos, sending to management to verify installation has been done properly
• Train and develop Tower Technicians and Tower Foreman according to the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM)
• Performs other position as assigned by leadership

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
• May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite
• Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity and rain through the year
• When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry
• 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews
• OSHA30 certification preferred
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
