Job summary

Tray-Tec, Inc. seeks a Foreman to supervise daily field operations, leading 5–10 craft workers to complete work safely, on schedule, and to quality standards across refinery and petrochemical sites.

You will plan, read drawings, verify readiness, conduct toolbox talks, and coordinate with safety and QA/QC teams, ensuring documentation and progress tracking while maintaining site organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of industrial construction, maintenance, or turnaround experience.
• Experience leading crews of 5–10 personnel in field environments.
• Proven experience leading multi-craft field teams.
• Strong safety practices and OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead crews of 5–10 craft workers, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Plan and execute daily work based on schedules, priorities, and work packages.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work packages to guide execution.
• Verify job readiness, ensuring permits, tools, materials, and manpower are available.
• Conduct toolbox talks and perform routine safety walks to enforce safety standards.
• Monitor job site conditions and enforce safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with General Foreman, Superintendent, Safety, and QA/QC teams to execute work efficiently.
• Track progress and document daily production, crew performance, and work completion.
• Maintain housekeeping and job site organization; support multi-craft coordination as needed.
