Bluewave Communications, Inc. seeks a leadership-level supervisor to direct tower technicians across multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The role requires coordinating materials, assigning tasks, and maintaining clear communication with the project manager and client representatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on tower construction experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel, reading blueprints, and safety training.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 3+ years tower construction background or 2 years plus TTT-1 Certification.
• At least 1 year of Supervisory experience.
• Must be computer proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Able to read blueprints, details and specifications.
• TTT Certification training and safety training completed.

Responsibilities

• Identify materials and resources needed to complete the project.
• Coordinate delivery and off-loading of towers, materials, generators and shelters.
• Assign tasks and supervise civil or tower construction activities.
• Schedule inspections with local authorities and ensure timelines.
• Ensure progress and communicate deviations from plan to project manager.
• Oversee subcontractors and verify work quality and safety.
